What we collect

If you book a call via our Cal.com scheduling widget, Cal.com processes the booking details you provide (name, email, and any notes) under their own privacy policy.

If you submit the "Tell us about your lab" form, we collect the details you enter: lab name, your name, role, work email, region served, accreditation body, calibration disciplines, capacity, and any notes you add. This is sent to our enquiry-handling system so we can respond to you.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, to run the pilot described on this site. We do not sell this data.

Business contact outreach

Separately from this site, we source and contact manufacturers on behalf of participating labs under the "legitimate interest" basis in UK/EU GDPR, using corporate contact data only. Any recipient can opt out at any time and we honor that immediately.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond to you or deliver the service, and is deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used, by emailing hello@example.com.
